About This Project
I am currently a digital dealership performance manager (DDPM) working with GP Strategies Corporation and GM. My role is to work with GM dealers on improving their digital marketing strategies for their dealerships.
The purpose of this presentation design was to design content for dealer chat training and to educate dealers on the importance of having a chat service for their customers on their website.
